Trademoar is order-entry software — a tool that sends orders you configure to your own brokerage account. It is not a broker, exchange, investment adviser, commodity trading advisor, or financial planner, and it does not provide trading, investment, tax, or legal advice. Trading futures and other leveraged products carries a substantial risk of loss and is not suitable for everyone. You trade entirely at your own risk.
Trademoar does not generate signals, strategies, recommendations, or solicitations of any kind. Every symbol, quantity, stop, target, and click is chosen and initiated solely by you. Nothing in the software or on this website should be construed as financial advice.
Futures, options, and other margined or leveraged instruments are highly speculative and carry a high level of risk. You can lose some, all, or more than the funds in your account. Only trade with risk capital you can afford to lose entirely. If you do not fully understand these risks, do not trade.
Nothing provided by Trademoar is a promise or guarantee of profit or any particular result. Past performance — whether actual or hypothetical — is not indicative of future results. Hypothetical or simulated results have inherent limitations and do not represent actual trading.
You are solely responsible for all orders, positions, and outcomes in your brokerage account. You must independently verify every order, fill, stop, and target directly with your broker. Do not rely on Trademoar as your sole source of truth for account or order state.
Trademoar is software and may contain defects or fail. Orders may be delayed, rejected, duplicated, partially filled, mispriced, or not placed at all due to software bugs, your device, your network, your broker's or an exchange's systems, latency, maintenance, or outages. Always retain the ability to monitor and close your positions directly with your broker, independently of Trademoar.
Your broker, clearing firm, exchanges, market-data providers, and payment processors are independent third parties that Trademoar does not control. We are not responsible for their acts, omissions, fees, downtime, or decisions (including order rejection, liquidation, or margin calls).
You are responsible for ensuring that your trading and your use of Trademoar are lawful where you live and permitted by your broker. Trademoar is not an offer or solicitation in any jurisdiction where that would be unlawful.
By using Trademoar you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and accepted this Risk Disclaimer and the Terms, and that you accept full responsibility for your trading decisions and their consequences.

These Terms of Service ("Terms") are a binding agreement between you and the operator of Trademoar ("Trademoar", "we", "us"). By creating an account, downloading, or using the Trademoar software or website, you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and our Risk Disclaimer. If you do not agree, do not use Trademoar.
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into contracts and to trade the products you access. You are responsible for compliance with all laws applicable to you.
Trademoar is a desktop application and related website that lets you configure and send orders (including bracket/OCO orders) to brokerage accounts you connect. Trademoar is software only. It is not a broker, exchange, futures commission merchant, investment adviser, or commodity trading advisor, and it provides no financial advice (see the Risk Disclaimer).
You are responsible for the accuracy of your registration information and for keeping your credentials secure, and for all activity under your account. Your brokerage login/session token is stored locally on your device and is never transmitted to or stored by us.
Subject to these Terms and an active subscription, we grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use Trademoar for your own trading. You may not: (a) copy, resell, sublicense, rent, or distribute the software; (b) reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to derive its source code except to the extent this restriction is prohibited by law; (c) circumvent its licensing, subscription, or security mechanisms; (d) use Trademoar to violate any law or any agreement with your broker or exchange; or (e) use Trademoar to build a competing product.
Trademoar is sold as a recurring subscription billed through our payment processor (Whop). By subscribing you authorize recurring charges until you cancel. Subscriptions auto-renew at the then-current price each billing period.
All payments are final and non-refundable. We do not provide refunds, credits, or proration for any reason — including unused time, partial billing periods, dissatisfaction, trading losses, downtime, or failure to cancel. You may cancel at any time to stop future renewals; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period and you keep access until then. Any free trial converts to a paid subscription unless you cancel before the trial ends. Prices, plans, and features may change and apply to future billing periods.
You agree not to misuse the service, interfere with its operation or security, access it by automated means except as intended, or use it for any unlawful or abusive purpose.
Trademoar, its software, branding, and content are owned by us or our licensors and protected by law. These Terms grant you no rights other than the limited license above.
Trademoar is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement, and any warranty that the software will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, accurate, error-free, or that orders will be transmitted or executed correctly or at all. You assume the entire risk of using it.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Trademoar and its operators, owners, employees, and suppliers will not be liable for any trading or financial losses, lost profits, lost data, or any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of (or inability to use) Trademoar — including any order that is delayed, rejected, duplicated, mispriced, or not placed — even if advised of the possibility of such damages and regardless of the legal theory.
Trademoar has no responsibility or liability for your trades, positions, or account. To the extent any liability cannot lawfully be excluded, our total aggregate liability to you for all claims is limited to the lesser of (a) the amount you paid us in the one (1) month before the event giving rise to the claim, or (b) US $50. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain exclusions; there, the above applies to the fullest extent permitted.
You will indemnify and hold harmless Trademoar and its operators from any claims, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the service, your trades, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any law or third-party right.
We may suspend or terminate your access at any time, with or without notice, including for violation of these Terms. You may stop using the service and cancel at any time. Provisions that by their nature should survive — including payment, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnification, and dispute terms — survive termination. No refund is owed on termination.
We may modify the service or these Terms. Material changes will be posted here with an updated date; continued use after a change means you accept it.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the operator of Trademoar is established, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. To the extent permitted by law, any dispute will be resolved by binding individual arbitration, and you and we waive any right to a jury trial and to participate in a class or representative action. [Operator: insert your specific governing jurisdiction and arbitration venue here.]
If any provision is unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and Risk Disclaimer, are the entire agreement between us. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. Questions: info@trademoar.com.

This Privacy Policy explains what Trademoar collects, how we use it, and your choices. Trademoar is order-entry software built to hold as little of your data as possible — in particular, your brokerage credentials and session tokens never leave your device.
To create and secure your account, provide the service, process your subscription, send transactional/account emails (such as email verification), prevent abuse, comply with law, and respond to support requests.
We share data only with service providers that help us operate: our payment processor (Whop), our email provider (Resend), and our hosting/infrastructure. They process data on our behalf. We may also disclose data if required by law or to protect our rights and our users.
The website uses your browser's local storage to keep you signed in (a session token). We do not use third-party advertising or tracking cookies.
We keep account data while your account exists and as needed for legal, security, and accounting purposes, then delete or anonymize it.
We use industry-standard measures such as password hashing and encrypted transport. No system is perfectly secure; you are responsible for keeping your password and device safe.
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete your personal data, or to object to certain processing. To exercise them, or to delete your account and associated data, email info@trademoar.com.
We may process data in countries other than yours. By using Trademoar you consent to this transfer.
Trademoar is not directed to anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect data from children.
We may update this policy; changes are posted here with a new date. Questions or requests: info@trademoar.com. [Operator: add your business postal address here to match the address in account emails.]
